- Concrete capping beam to contiguous piling completed
- Basement and bulk excavation commenced

- Reinforced concrete capping beam to the perimeter contiguous piles will be completed by the 1st December 2017
- Temporary services connection to be established at the site
- Site cabins to be moved into their permanent position
- Basement excavation will start after the services connection is completed
- Design development of the structural frame is continuing to improve parking interface with the basement structure

August 2017

- Completed circa 220 no 600mm diameter reinforced concrete piles
- Completed 86 no 750mm diameter reinforced concrete piles
- The piles are on average 18 metres deep and form a contiguous piled retaining structure around the whole site
- This now enables the capping beam and bulk excavations to commence
- Temporary road closures in place
- Temporary drainage connections formed

May 2017

- Official ‘Breaking Ground’ ceremony took place on the 17th May 2017

May 2017

- Early works contract started on site 15th May 2017
- The site strip has commenced, removing the substructure material to provide a uniform level across the site
- Next site activity is the delivery of the piling material which will take 2 - 3 weeks
- Piling rig being delivered to site for the commencement of the CFA piling in 4 weeks’ time
- Piling will take approximately 10 - 12 weeks to complete

April 2017

Week Commencing 18th May 2017
- Tower 2 will officially break ground

Week Commencing 22nd May 2017
- Piling programme will commence
- Contiguous retaining wall pilling
- Bulk excavation
- Foundation piling
