- Glass is due on site next week
- All the floor slabs are in
- All the bathroom pods for phase 1 have been delivered
- Phase 2 bathroom pods are due on 8th December
- The external brick work is up to first floor
- Boarding and electrical first fixing has commenced

August 2017

- Sub-structure is complete
- Slab is being formed
- First phase of steel work is well underway
- Off-site bathroom pods start arriving from next week

July 2017

- All the enabling works have been completed including the strip and demolition of the existing building
- The site has been levelled and the site set up and accommodation is now fully on site
- The foundations and steel frame work is now commencing

May 2017

- Site now demolished
- Beginning building the foundations in two weeks
- Steel structure to begin in the next six weeks
