Construction of The Loom at Vulcan Mill is continuing at pace, with completion still on track for Q4 2019.

- Roofing has now been finished
- Installation of photo-voltaic solar panels is completed
- Window installation almost complete
- Screed and partition walls are completed up to the 4th floor
- The plumbing and electrics have been run throughout the building
- On the lower floor levels, some initial kitchen installation has begun

April 2019

Construction of The Loom at Vulcan Mill is continuing at pace, with completion still on track for Q4 2019.

- The pre-cast concrete frame is now complete along with the window installation, apart from the EPDM works which are still ongoing
- External facing brickwork is progressing well and is constructed to the first-floor level
- Blockwork to the basement walls and the ground floor is now complete
- Screeding is now complete across all five floors
- Internal partitioning board are up to the third flood with the studding complete up to the fifth floor
- Mechanical and electrical works have commenced
- First fix is ongoing on the first and second floor
- Roof finishing works have now commenced

February 2019

- Construction of The Loom is continuing to progress at a fantastic speed with plenty of trades and machinery on site
- The pre-cast concrete frame is currently being topped off and soon to be completed
- Window installation is underway and currently working along level 2
- To support further window installation and external brickwork up to the higher levels, scaffolding is being put up around the building
- The screeding has begun throughout the building

- Piling has finished and piling caps are in place
- Ground beams are in place and the concrete ground floor has been laid
- Concrete walling on the ground floor is underway
