Set within the grand setting of the Four Seasons hotel in London, Tower Hill, Flambard Williams presented a series of speakers and special offers on an evening designed to help answer some of those questions many clients/investors have, but are often afraid to ask. On the night, there were also workshops aimed at showing alternative ways to operate within the buy-to-let market and beat the returns that conventional models offer. All this and more in the comfort of this magnificent setting.

The night started with a meet and greet, where clients had the opportunity to meet their brokers and discuss some of their concerns. Then armed with notebooks provided by the hosts, made their way to the comfy surroundings of the lecture room. Here, the Managing Director Christopher Whetstone went through the latest trends in the property market and then presented a workshop on the new proposal that we at Flambard Williams are offering. This proved very popular and was followed by a vigorous yet very positive Q&A session.

The floor was then handed over to an independent mortgage expert who spent time explaining various options and innovative ways to maximise your returns against the
market offerings in the mortgage space. Once the informative chat was over, David, the mortgage adviser, took questions from the floor again proving a great opportunity
for clients to ask and listen to various queries and questions and gain insights that many later confirmed that they do not get when talking over the phone.

Once the formal part of the night was over, everyone retired to the more informal surroundings of the lounge where various clients got to interact with each other, sharing experiences and stories. There was also an opportunity, for those that wished to, to actually reserve property on the evening with generous discounts of up to 10%.
